Copy of the LEGAL DESCRIPTION or Realtor Multiple Listing Agreement.

If applying for a Refinance:

Copy of Original Title Work and Mortgage Survey (if available).

Copy of the property tax bills for the last 12 months.

Copy of homeowners insurance declaration page.

Income information needed:

Original Pay stubs for each borrower, showing year-to-date information, for the last 30 day time period.
Original Carbon Copies of W-2 forms for each borrower, for the past year.

Last two years Federal Tax Returns with original signatures and all schedules.

Year-to-date profit/loss statement.

Copies of any Award Letters for social security, disability, and retirement income.
Information about Credit History and Financial Condition:

List of current creditors (installment and revolving): account numbers, monthly payments and balances, including anycredit card accts. Docket or File Number if you are paying child support.

Original Statements for each Checking, Savings and Deposit Account (including allRecently closed), for the last sixty day period, showing name and address of institutions.
